Sprezzaterra™ Design Studio

Sprezzatura is an Italian word meaning, "the art of effortless mastery". Our landscape design company's name, Sprezzaterra™, is a spinoff on that and refers to unique, meaningful and creative landscape design.

natgeo — Showing the National Geographic gals the beauty of the Dwarf Pomegranate

WCU_PlanThatWasn't — Current Project: I call this "The Garden That Wasn't". Next week at the Native Plant Conference I am giving a workshop on rain gardens. At the last minute, this site for an installation was nixed due to the need to drill a well, so I'm currently working on another plan (nothing like last minute work!). Too bad--this garden would have been GORGEOUS! Curvy design would have looked great from high up in the adjacent dorm tower.
